It is perfect over rock and roll full circle dresses and petticoats but also very smart for a chilly day out with a nice pair of boots. Four covered buttons to the front and inner button to fasten. Half belt feature to the back. Range of quality fabrics , colours and sizes. Deep side pockets that allow the flow of the streamlined silhouette.
