Invoice is designed to capture all the information of a sale. There is plenty of space to document and record the information needed to ensure that the sale is handled professionally. It is ideal for use for the small jeweler who needs a compact sales receipt with their business name, contact information and logo.
Your terms and conditions can be printed on these. We can also print a custom form that is specifically designed for you or recreate your existing invoice. 5.5" x 8.5" - Detached size from book is 5.5" x 8".
2 part or 3 part carbonless paper. 2 part - White and canary. 3 part - White, canary and pink. Your choice of any of our Mainline type styles or submit your own. Numbering is in black ink only on these forms. Individual sets or bound in books of 50 sets with a hard chipboard backing and a wrap-around. Use your logo at no additional charge. If you plan to provide logos and/or artwork, please ensure that the file is a gray scale 300 dpi file in PDF, JPEG or Tiff formats. Screens, gradients and halftones may not reproduce well. If you have a question about the file we will be glad to help you.Since these forms are in black ink only be sure that any logos submitted will print satisfactory in black. Be sure to send us your starting number if you need these forms numbered.
